I have used:
MME double sided paper - Colourful christmas (I really have to get the full pad)
Stampin up - circle of friendship (very versatile set)
Matte button - pumpkin
Magnolia - Waiting Tilda
white pom poms from stash.
Coloured in with aqua pen using versacolor.
