Me & My Pony

Just a quick post,
I made this card a while back for a pony mad 8 year old,
she loves blues & isn't really girly.
I personalised it with her name in little rosettes to keep the pony theme
The 8 was cut out on my cricut, I really wanted it to be in chipboard,
but although I have got the deep cutting blade for my cricut - so far I have had no luck using it, so had to make do with cardstock.
 - does anyone else have problems!

It won't be long before Mackenzie's 8
so I'm sure there will be another pony card coming this way soon.
xXx
Thanks for looking
Hugz

Hi Fleur

The perfect image for a pony lover and a brilliant way to embellish the letters of Madi's name.

Hi Fleur.
I adore my Cricut machine and use it alot, However I ahve tried numerous times to gut out anything thicker than card without success. I wanted to cut acetate and had no joy either. A friend told me to cut something then go back to the start and go over it again a few times, that works.
If I wanted to make that 8 of yours thicker I would have cut out about 5 "8"'s and stick them altogether, have done that with buttons before. Hope that helps.
Your card with the LOTV image is gorgeous. I have this image but it's a topper, Maddi will love it. Did you think about entering the Cupcake Challenge, they want distressing. Debbiexx

Ello Fleury, this is exquisite, i love it, theres another word I havent used.
It really is fab, I have not got a deep blade but would like one, have you asked sir Andy, he would probably help you out.
Are you ok, I am struggling a bit with an 11 year old who doesnt want to go anywhere, agh I feel trapped! I can feel a trip out to sir Stamp or something at the weekend.
hugs chris xx ramble, ramble, .
