I have kept the colours fairly muted as I feel it fits perfectly with this image.

LOTV Wedding & some news

Good evening, 

I hope you are all well and not got tooooo much snow.

Mac had bike-ability at school today and we had to walk home in a small blizzard.

I have a wedding card to share tonight using one of the recent LOTV releases.

I just love their Wedding Stamps. 

I have made this card for my nephew, who is "hopefully" getting married on Saturday.

The wedding should've been in May, but his  future wife is expecting twins in July, and as we speak she is in hospital having bed rest! So hopefully she will be given the thumbs up for the weekend.

Alongside the LOTV image, Over the threshold, I have used some gorgeous new Noor! dies

Although they are "plants" I thought they looked perfect for sprigs of foliage in my bouquet.
I also love the cute little bunting, and have just added a bit of frantage to the edges.

I also have some AWESOME news to share.

The lovely girls from MDUC have asked me......yes; I said me! to join their fab DT

Well I can't tell you how happy I am.

Wedding stuff

Hi just a quick share this afternoon,

Here's the invitation etc for my neighbours wedding.

They look simple enough but the layer & mounting seemed to take forever,

 

The main invitation has layers and a pocket inside too.

Then there was the embossing and the bows....... 

 

Well after many last minute "extras" from the bride I can finally say

Allellula ...... I'm done yay!!!!

Hello, Happy Saturday

Hope all is well.

Had a proud moment yesterday.

Mackenzie was given her silver award for achievement at school,

the parents are invited to the celebration assembly.

They get certificates for certain things throughout the year,

when they have 3 they are given a bronze award, then for 6 they get silver, 

If they get 9 they get a gold award a gift voucher and a tea party at the end of the year.

Last year Mac got 8 so just missed out on the Gold, so fingers crossed for this year ~ 

but whatever, we are very proud of her.

Anyway moving on .........

Wedding Guest book

Good morning,

Thanks for all your lovely comments.

Sorry not been by in a while.

I'm busy with the neighbours wedding invitations.

I have been trying to fit some DT work in with them too.

I needed to make a project for the LOTV inspiration blog

so I combined this with a wedding guest book for my neighbour too.

(I used chipboard for the flowers,

because I didn't think fabric/paper flowers
