Just seem to have been so busy. Hardly done any crafting since Mac's been off school, And  it was lovely to see so many fab entries in our ALLSORTS free & easy month,

Now, at first I automatically thought Christmas, 

but then someone wanted a card for their Mum 

& where I can, I try to fit a card with a theme, so I decided to use Red for this.

Happy Birthday

Good morning, thank you all so much for your kind wishes,

My ECG was still a little high, but my pulse was 70 when done manually. 

Thankfully they have no concerns. but I need to go back again next week to have another ECG and have been told to calm myself down before I go.

How am I supposed to do that if I naturally fear the Dr's!!!

Good morning to ya,

Hope you are all well, I'm a bit nervous as I've got an ECG this morning.

It all started because my BP was high & they wanted to stop my HRT 

(which I'm still not 100% happy about taking)

when they checked again my BP was perfect, but my pulse was 118, I've had a monitor at home all week & I think it's been fine, so fingers crossed all will be ok.

Anyway it's challenge time at Truly Scrumptious and this week we want to see

Mackenzie finished school yesterday & we are looking forward to 6 weeks holiday.

She was a bit upset last night, a few of her friend's are in year 6 so will be leaving for secondary school and she said that she will miss them, she was quite tearful & told me she had "a very emotional day" she said that the leavers assembly was very moving and she had to be brave, 

God only now what she'll be like when it's her turn LOL
