Sorry! I can't get enough of this Tilda - She's still my #1 fave.

A fairly simple card, but I love this colour scheme

& I wanted Tilda to look a little bit gothy LOL

(had great time at their demo today, Starring Lou & Chris)

I love this image, Did have a bit of a problem colouring in the gown - First I used twinkling h2o's in vanilla bean, then when I tried to add a little shading under her veil it looked really dirty, so I tried to thin it out and most of the h2o came off in little blobs, so had to try to remove them gently. I think it all worked out ok in the end though!!!

I have coloured Tilda with versa color.

The rose was made from the same paper, cut using my blossom nestabilities, then scrunched up & inked.

Sunset at Heacham

Evening everyone - No crafting today, although did treat myself to a small stamp set, so may have a go tomorrow. Had a late afternoon/early evening trip to Heacham beach to try to catch the sunset. It was a bit cloudy and when the sun finally did set it was behind some low clouds, so this was the nearest I got.

May not be the best photographic skills, but still a pretty, impressive view!

Hannah Montana!

Today Mackenzie was taking part in a short (15 min) performance of Hannah Montana. All the kids were great considering they only had 2 days to rehearse. Obviously being a scrapbooker I wanted loads of pics, But because Darren was at work he wanted me to film it - Although women can multi-task I couldn't do both properly so decided on filming and left my camera at home. When I got there I realised I had no battery left for filming, so now this is all I have! I just wanted to share my picture - cause don't she look great - Reminds me of the 80's, I'm sure I used to dress like that in my teens LOL!!!

I have used a sugar nellie stamp - Gorjuss girl sitting, isn't she great.

I'm quite happy with the end result, but I do think I could have done the shading better, especially her hair - but hopefully with practice I will improve.

Anniversary card

Hi, made this card today whilst Mackenzie was helping Daddy at work - she loves going to see him at work as she gets to drive the big John Deere tractors!

Have used a Penny black stamp - Day dreams, K&Co papers and a peel off for the sentiment, don't really like peel offs anymore - but thought it looked ok on this occassion, as I haven't got any silver ink. Added a bit of bling with the silver lace and the gems on the little dragonfly - also covered in K&Co papers.

Another favourite pic

Promise this is my last blog, for tonight. Just wanted to share another of my fave pics. Probably doesn't mean much to anyone else. But I adore Mackenzie in her converse, I think they're so practical. I think they look lovely with anything from jeans to a pretty dress. So when we went to seaside and she just threw them on the sand I thought great photo opportunity.
