Tilda with Peanut

Hello,
Mac's been out at a party most of the day.
And Darren's at work all today and most of tomorrow (I hate harvest).
Had a little play, not really happy with my colouring on this image,
this was the 3rd attempt and I don't know if it's the heat drying my DIs too quickly,
but just couldn't seem to get it right.  Her hair looks so drab!

 and the little tag
 I have used:
Magnolia ~ Tilda with peanut
DooHickey ~ Cloud, Tea labels, Lovely fence, Swirl, Leaves, Sm Dragonfly & Vintage daisy
Magnolia papers
Tim Holtz  DIs

All available from Sir Stampalot

Thank for looking

Some news

Morning everyone,
Hope you all enjoyed the opening ceremony last night,
Did think it funny when GB finally came out and the Queen was picking at her nails,
She even looked up then went back to picking, lol.
If that had been me Mac would have given me a massive nudge & told me to stop picking!

I have no card to share today,
I have decided to step down from ALLSORTS due to other commitments.
They were a great team of girls to work with & I know I'll miss them.

Some good news though,
I came top 5 in the Tilda's Town Challenge
So I do have a new badge to share YAY!!!!

ALLSORTS DT card

Happy Saturday everyone.

I can't believe the horrid weather we're having. I hope you are all staying safe & dry

This week at ALLSORTS we have a fab colour theme,
we'd like you to use a combo of  . . .

RED WHITE & BLUE

I have used:
Magnolia ~ Tilda unanchored
Raspberry Road Digi Papers ~ Glory Days
DooHickey ~ Flag & Cloud
Memory Box ~ Clouds
Tim Holtz ~ DIs
I've had lots of people ask where I get my scrim from.
The scrim I normally use is no longer available
from B&Q but I have found an alternative.
I have used cotton gauze from the chemist at Sainsbury's
It is available in a pack of 100 rectangles for about £2.80ish, so a lot cheaper than cheese cloth!
One rectangle is ample for three cards.
Also I print my digi papers on cream, matte card stock ~ about 160gms.
I then sand the edges of the paper to show the core.
I also use the same for my rolled flowers, it makes them stronger than using just paper.

I'd like to enter the following:
Totally Tilda ~ Seaside
Deep Ocean Challenge ~ Sea of Love

Thanks for looking,

Tilda in butterfly dress

Good afternoon crafters,
A bit late with my Craft All Day DT card,

It's been a busy week.
Yesterday I went to the mosque with Mackenzie's school class,
I found it quite interesting & then they went to modern Christian church ~ all part of their RE studies.

Today we went to see the torch,
Which was good, Mackenzie's Brownie leader ran with it,
but we missed her as she was the other end of town.

I have made this card, A bit bright for me!!!,
using the new Kanban A4 card-stock, available here

I have also used:
Tim Holtz ~ Floral strip
Pearls
Die cut Fence

Tim Holtz DIs ~ To colour
