Moving on quickly, before I start to sound too soppy....LOL

I started to make a shaker card for Mackenzie, but then decided to turn it into a little decoration, it's the first time I've done one of these & it was fairly easy,

It's not perfect but Mac was impressed!

Hi today it's my friend Nicola's birthday,

I know she's a big fan of The Greeting Farm,

 but I think she usually goes for the cutey ones, like 

"Hope & Grace" or "Oliver & Amelia"

but I think "Madelynn" is great for birthdays this time of year.

New Baby

Hello, firstly sorry for such a poor picture,

I always take my pics in the daytime in the conservatory,

or if I have to take it at night I use my light tent,

 but since I've re~organised my craft room it's been put away,

Will have to set it up again!

My card is actually soft, muted shades of lavender & cream.

The ribbon has been hand dyed (thanks Chris for the demo) and really doesn't look this dark!!!

Anyway ~  I have made this for my Niece who is expecting a baby girl,

I wanted to make a more vintage card that your typical pink!

I'm happy with the end result, just disappointed that parts the picture are dark!
