Happy Birthday Nicola,

Hi today it's my friend Nicola's birthday,
I have made her this card, I hope she likes it!
I know she's a big fan of The Greeting Farm,
but I think she usually goes for the cutey ones, like
"Hope & Grace" or "Oliver & Amelia"
but I think "Madelynn" is great for birthdays this time of year.

Laundry day

Hi everyone,  I've finally got round to using a gorgeous stamp that  Crafty Lou got me for my birthday - back in April,
I'm embarrassed to say that she's been waiting patiently until I got round to inking her up.
xXx
Thought of following my Gran's tradition of doing the laundry on a Monday,
I'm sure my crafty version is much more fun!

A quick post.

Hello!
Hope all is good in blogland.
Just a quick post to show a card I made for a friend of Mackenzie's
The papers were from a pile given to me from Lou who's having a bit of a clear out. I think I need to be next, got far too much unused stash.!
These are not my normal colours - but I set myself a challenge to use something a bit brighter than my normal muted shades.

Remember to Smile!

Hello everyone, hope you all had a lovely Easter.
I have made a card using one of the sweet girls from the Greeting Farm.
xXx
xXx
The flowers have been hand-made using  the retro punch, the brads in the centres have been given a touch of distressing, as I thought they looked too "new" for the style of card.
The backing papers is from a new pad by Joanne Sheene called Pastel Plaid & it is to die for, 40 sheets of different coloured plaid (may sound boring to some) but I just love it, it's right up my street!
I have also used a Martha Stewart border punch - Pinking Scallop.
xXx
I have entered it into,
Cupcake challenge - Make your own flowers.
Roses on Paper - Layers
One Stop Craft Challenge - paper piecing
