Just chillin' for a bit.

It's Darren's Dad's birthday soon,

so I "treated" myself to a new stamp suitable for some of those difficult to do, men's cards.

they have some gorgeous stamps and they are really good value.

B is for bells - ABC Christmas challenge

Happy Monday everyone.

This weeks Christmas chaalenge over at ABC is Bells & glitter.

I have used my new Alva from Magnolia has she has got a little bell on her hat!

She also has a sprinkling of glittery snow around the mushrooms.

Yesterday I had a great afternoon at Sir Stampalot's new shop, catching up with some crafty friends & meeting some new faces. I treated myself to a few new stamps & some Magnolia papers.

Also had a lovely evening tonight, when Nicola & her family came for a take-away.

Pretty Butterflies

Good evening everyone.

Don't know about you but I hate the weather at the minute, drizzle is just so depressing!

I'm full of cold, my eyes are constantly streaming & I have sneezed so much today!

I have made a card for Sir Stampalot using the new

Hero Arts cling stamp - Dandelion Frame

I just love stamp, and have just used a section of it in the oval.

I have then mounted a cut & mounted a couple of butterflies from Penny Black - Enjoy Life clear set.

Just Magnolia Challenge - Paper pleating

Over at Just Magnolia the challenge is paper pleating. Even got my sewing machine out for this one.

The strip of paper used is Magnolia's white lace, but you can't really see the pattern in it.
